Cooking has been my passion ever since I was a kid and that has turned into my career now. With over 7 years of experience of working in various restaurants setting I have developed skills and gained experience that will be an asset in my employment.
I have 7 years of working in restaurant in various roles. In my current role as grade manger, I am responsible for executing cold dishes like ceviches, crudo, salads and desserts. Working at my current job has helped me develop and refine my culinary skills.
It has also helped me develop skills like menu planning and food preparation in large volumes. My past experiences of working in gluten free, plant based, vegetarian friendly restaurant and creating menu that align with these diets will make me an ideal candidate for restaurant.
