Since November last year, I started to work as a sales associate in footwear shop. I listen carefully what customers need and help them to contribute to their satisfaction.

I'm passionate about communicating with customers. I know that once I talk to customers kindly with smile, they talk to me friendly. I believe the way of communicating impacts on the relationship between us.

Special skills I master is to provide some options with customers based on what they like. I learned giving multiple options to customers can make them satisfied more.
