Unity Developer at ZenFri Inc. (2021-01 – 2024-01)

• Programmed aspects of various different Virtual Reality projects using Unity and C# both as part of a small remote team and individually
• Used Git through SourceTree to organize changes made to projects and facilitate merging work with other programmers
• Created UI in Unity to suit a variety of device resolutions for both mobile and desktop
• Utilized Unity's Animation Controllers to dynamically adjust character emotions
• Created a Unity application that the user could use to have a conversation with an AI agent using the OpenAI API
• Developed an algorithmic possibility sorting system (expert system) to make recommendations about the best possible next steps / options
• Worked autonomously, prioritizing tasks that implemented core features and unblocked work for other members of the team
• Consulted with team members to determine the desired outcome, timelines, and available resources for projects
• Followed a sprint cycle to plan tasks, track their progress and communicate with others using tools such as Trello
• Reviewed code written by others to assure quality and remain aware of the changes made by other programmers
• Communicated information on bugs that were detected and on other assigned tasks to all those involved, including logging images and videos
• Collaborated with others, using their feedback to improve upon my code in both the short and long term
