About

I’m a Red Seal Cook with more than 20 years in professional kitchens, from baking and food service to leading community-based meal programs. These days, my work brings together two things I care about: making good food for people and helping others build confidence in the kitchen. I’ve worked with high school students, youth learning practical cooking skills, and adults living in supportive housing.

I bring a hands-on style, clear expectations, and the belief that people learn best when they feel respected and supported.
