Contact Centre Coordinator/Community Resource Specialist: At Distress Centre Calgary/211 Alberta, I've been the frontline responder, offering crisis support and connecting callers with essential community resources. As well as supervising and supporting volunteers on the frontline. Whether managing technology concerns, supporting volunteers, or providing compassionate assistance to those in need, I'm dedicated to making a positive impact.

Educational Assistant: My time at Calgary Islamic School and Shoal Lake School was incredibly fulfilling. Working closely with students on English and Language Arts, I helped them navigate grammar, comprehension, and writing skills. More importantly, I strived to create a safe and nurturing environment where every student felt supported and valued, regardless of their challenges
