Times have changed and so has the talent acquisition landscape. It’s not about “posting and praying” anymore. As the needs of an organization continuously evolve, so must our approach to attract and retain talent. I’m a people person by nature, I believe in client and candidate engagement above anything else; working with both my client groups and candidates to truly understand their needs but more importantly, help them understand it better.
As a talent acquisition leader, I aim to partner with the organization to increase brand awareness; be it through talent branding, analytics, thought leadership, programs and initiatives, critical thinking or succession planning and strive to provide that holistic consultative approach. I want to be that change agent that will help you craft the narrative around what makes you the employer of choice and help elevate your people quotient to take things to the next level. I don’t believe in a transactional/reactive recruitment approach. I’m about providing the tools to help facilitate a creative, proactive and ‘out of the box’ way to find you that ‘right fit’ to meet all your needs.
