I have been in the kitchen industry for three years, I started as a dishwasher/line cook at Kelsey's, worked at State and Main, then I went to Carmen's Group, working at the C Hotel and Baci.
Currently the head chef relies on me to make desserts, prep for events, help do service for events, and cook during the breakfast shift.
I currently am in school for fashion design, and have completed high school.
