I am passionate about educating diabetic patients and help them with their diet, exercise and medications. I am registered pharmacist in Canada and working full time from past 12 years. I have diabetic educator license from past 5 years. I work with wellknown shoppers drug mart pharmacy in Canada.
Great experience working in large format busy pharmacy. Provide excellent communication skills. Had been successful in lead program offered by shoppers drug mart. Managed and supported the whole team of pharmacy for doing more than 2800 prescriptions per week. Excellent provider of exceptional services to patients, like med reviews, A1c test, cholesterol test, diabetic meds reviews.
Work with Ontario college of pharmacists as pace assessor, also working as university of Toronto pharmacy students preceptor .
