Understanding of Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Waterfall, Agile, Business Process Re engineering, and Unified Modelling Language.
- Experience gathering requirements through JAD, interviews, workshops, brainstorming meetings, surveys/questionnaires, and actively involving stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance and data management methods
- Use Cases, UML Modelling with Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Workflow Analysis to create business process models.
- Create and handle a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) for monitoring and managing changes based on a project's shifting demands.
