Hello,

My name is Sadia. I am Permanent Resident in Canada. I worked at Riphah Clinic for almost two year as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role. In this field, I used to book appointments for patients include both in-person and online.

I used to solve inquiries of the people, responding back to the email, answering phone calls, and handling the appointment record of patient online on Excel. I am also familiar and experiences of using the software like Microsoft, Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Sheets etc.

In my field of study in Health Policy, Management and Digital Health, I learned how to make connection with doctor to patient and patient to doctor in the medical care system. I worked with SQL Server to store dataset which is related to medical healthcare system. Additionally, I also experience with the Coding and have knowledge to store large amount of healthcare dataset in the various form like Tables format, Graphs formats and Charts format which include Pie and Bar charts or graphs.

Moreover, I have other experiences which I mentioned on my resume.
