With over 19 years of experience in which around 9 are from luxurious cruise lines and 5* resorts and hotels i have gained hands on experience in menu planning, plating,costing and cooking . I was awarded numerous awards on board vessels for my innovative approach to classic cuisine.my recent job is with Loblaw Franchise where I bought the costing down to 11.4% from 44% with emphasis on fresh ingredients,ordering and training and development of team.
