I have worked in various kitchens in Canada , US and Europe. Establishments ranged from bar to fine dining which is most engaging for me. Most of the kitchens were focused on Italian, French, North American or International cuisine.
All my work ethic and outlook on food were mostly inspired while working at George Restaurant and Opus Restaurant (both in Toronto).
