● Working as Scrum Master since 7 years with a total IT experience of 15 years
● Actively playing the role of Scrum Master (SM) & Project Manager in multiple projects
● Have around 8+ years of experience in application design, development of Web applications using .net, JavaScript,
SQL Server etc.
● Working as a Scrum Master project manager since last 6 years, and have managed projects in varied technologies like .NET, java, mainframe, Azure, Guidewire
● Have working experience in executing project using the frameworks of agile methodology which includes Scrum,
Kanban, and Scrumban
● Strong experience on the management aspect of projects such as Project management, Team management, Client communication, Estimation, Planning, Risk management, Delivery, Stakeholder management, Quality assurance
● Strong exposure with Pre-sales activities which includes requirement analysis, estimation, Sprint 0 planning, Project planning.
● Member of Agile CoE group and Agile Mentor to help various teams within the organization to get hands on with
Agile in their ongoing projects.
● Well versed with using various Agile based project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
● Strong experience in Client Engagement. Experienced working with clients from the origin of USA, UK, Hong Kong, China, Netherlands, Australia, Canada .
