My first day of work was at a luxury hotel “Le Meredian” as a job trainee, where I gained experience in different departments of a hotel for 6 months.
The combination of the amazing people and food extravaganza got me inclined to the food and beverage department since, then its been a marathon of life, work and happiness.
A journey that satrted with a vital role of a Server Assistant in the Luxury Property “The Oberoi” flew by in 3 years with over 3 desigations changed from a Server- Supervisor- Manager. Gained expereince in different outlets of the same hotel - In room dining, Bar, Lounge, All Day Dinning Restaurant, Packed Lunches for business, events and Catering.
Moved to Canada for self introspection and curosity to know what the other part of the world holds in iteslf to offer and vise-e-versa.
Worked at Dennys as a Restaurant Manager for another 3 years, meet with an amazing team of people in two different locations Saskatoon and Calgary. helped me gain knowledge in kitchen ordering, Par stock, inventory control, Labour manaement quaterly and month end reports.
