As a 20-year-old with almost four years of experience in customer service and support, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple companies and hold positions such as supervisor and lead. Through these experiences, I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and leadership, allowing me to provide exceptional service to customers and support to my team. • Customer Support - Supervisor at Star Digi, New Delhi: Resolved customer complaints, monitored support metrics, collaborated with cross-functional teams, acted as first point of escalation, and ensured compliance with company policies.
• Medical Service Coordinator at United Nations (Unhcr), New Delhi: Provided medical services and interpretation, resolved concerns, provided emergency assistance during pandemic, supported relief distribution and community outreach efforts.
• Youth Leader at Unhcr, New Delhi (Internship): Facilitated and coordinated meetings and events for youth members, collaborated with community partners, represented youth group in meetings and events, served as liaison between youth group and community organizations, and served as a positive role model.

I completed my high school education at NIOS, which was a significant accomplishment in my education journey. I am proud to have successfully completed this important milestone.

In addition to my high school education, I also gained professional experience through an internship. During my internship, I had the opportunity to acquire practical skills and knowledge in a specific field, which has been invaluable to me. I believe that my internship experience has helped me to develop a strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning and growth.
