Shae Devison

I am a versatile and motivated professional with over 7 years of experience spanning retail management, customer engagement, cannabis post-processing, administrative support, and social media marketing assistance. My background includes successfully managing store operations, training and leading staff, overseeing inventory and compliance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

In addition to my retail and cannabis industry expertise, I have strong technical and organizational skills in data entry, scheduling, compliance tracking, and digital marketing support. I thrive in both independent and team-driven environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and industries.

Beyond my professional roles, I have been involved in modeling since 2016, which has strengthened my confidence, presentation skills, and ability to represent brands with professionalism and creativity.

I am passionate about bringing dedication, efficiency, and a positive attitude to every role, whether it’s in leadership, operations, creative work, or support functions. My goal is to continue building a career that combines my diverse skills with opportunities for growth, innovation, and collaboration.
