Attention to detail is very very important to me so is saitation and the best and most important thing is creating delicious tasteing food and the satisfaction that seeing all the happy faces I specialize in cooking and bakeing that is why I got my red seal in both categories you can contact me anytime. I have worked with food all my life starting in bible camps and working my way up to 1000 man camps i perfer the smaller ones now that I am older but can still handle it go group to small or too big I just recently moved to the area and hope to make it home for years to come
