• Utilized different tools such as linkdin recruiter, trackstar recruitment, Microsoft teams, google calendar and google sheets to source candidates who are suitable for different job posting, create their files, track their applications, and schedule meetings
• Screened candidates and organized interviews with hiring managers
• Answered all questions from candidates regarding job postings
• Assisted Human Resource Generalist in full cycle recruitment process

March 2021-Present

• Managed legal documents such as contracts and other documents
• Assisted management in full cycle recruitment and training individuals on the various systems and policies 
• Followed and performed various safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of all employees and customers
• Managed and supervised fellow employees and sales when managers were not available 
• Mentoring and coaching individuals in meeting and exceeding various targets
