As a recent graduate of the University of Calgary's Organizational Behavior and Human Resource (OBHR) program, I am eager to begin my career in the field of human resources and build my experience and knowledge in the professional world. Throughout my academic journey, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition principles, compensation principles, and effective communication techniques that would make me an asset to any team in the field. Additionally, I am familiar with labor relations due to a compulsory labor relations course I took during my degree.

Moreover, I am adept at utilizing social media platforms and Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft office and excel for which I have taken courses that specialize in learning about them.
With a solid educational background in organizational behavior and human resource management, and a genuine passion for the HR field and helping others, I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact through the qualities that I bring to the table.
