I'm a hardworking, resourceful, and intelligent individual that excels in fast-paced and turbulent environments. I'm a great leader, but can also effectively cooperate within a team environment, quickly forming connections with those I work with. I'm a fast learner, so what I lack in raw professional experience I make up for through my ability to learn quickly and my unparalleled work ethic.

My role as a supervisor in my current job has allowed me to develop leadership and interpersonal skills that are applicable and effective in dynamic environments. I am a motivated and dedicated individual, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments. My strong organizational skills enable me to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results with a high level of accuracy.

My diverse part-time jobs and extracurricular activities have equipped me with valuable skills that can contribute to this role. In customer-oriented positions, I have developed exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring outstanding service delivery and building strong relationships with individuals from various backgrounds. Through my coaching positions in my youth soccer club, I have gained experience in bringing the best out of my team members and recognizing potential in people.

As a recent graduate of the University of Calgary's Organizational Behavior and Human Resource (OBHR) program, I am eager to begin my career in the field of human resources and build my experience and knowledge in the professional world. Throughout my academic journey, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition principles, compensation principles, and effective communication techniques that would make me an asset to any team in the field. Additionally, I am familiar with labor relations due to a compulsory labor relations course I took during my degree.

My coursework and involvement in team projects have honed my collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail abilities while honing the foundational skills required to thrive in the field of Human Resources. Moreover, I am adept at utilizing social media platforms and Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft office and excel for which I have taken courses that specialize in learning about them.

With a solid educational background in organizational behavior and human resource management, and a genuine passion for the HR field and helping others, I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact through the qualities that I bring to the table.
