I have 10 years of experience as a Customer service/dispatcher. Currently employed as a
Logistics Coordinator at Congebec Inc, as part of my Main duties, I plan, organize and dispatch all pickups and deliveries in timely manner, make trips for drivers regarding shipment information in dispatch system, track and trace, communicate with drivers and update customers regarding the status of their freight. Coordinate with load planners, customer service and other divisions to ensure high level of service and to minimize service Failures.
