I oversaw HR operations for prominent projects with the World Bank Group,

UNOPS, Samsung Sales of India and Ncell Call Center. My responsibilities included implementing HR initiatives, managing onboarding, addressing disciplinary issues, and maintaining employee records. I ensured compliance with labor laws, managed payroll and attendance, and facilitated the hiring process. Additionally, I coordinated training, managed budgets, and handled exit interviews and monthly claims.

I am pursuing my MBA degree at University Canada West. I have completed my bachelor and High school.
