Developed and facilitated an engagement round for UNBC focused on an Indigenous audience

• Designed and co-developed the Community Comprehensive Plan for a First Nation in BC
• Coordinated the Annual General Assembly meeting deliverables and presentation
• Managed the design, structure, and development of a First Nation website.
• Developed a First Nation's official newsletter with community and industry impact.
• Closely worked with a First Nation's Language and Culture department to enable and empower opportunities for their citizens, while creating a branding guide based on culture.
• Generated a Communications Strategy for both internal and external purposes for a First Nation of over 500 citizens.
• Managed the social platforms and strategies for a First Nation and its Economic Development Corporations.
• Developed an excellent Customer Service experience by dealing with a demanding market niche in one of Mexico’s largest cities and within the hospitality industry in Prince George.
