I was the manager of Customer Services for a small payday loan here in Montreal who worked directly with 10-15 individuals and had one direct report. With more than 10 years experience in customer service.
In the meantime, I just passed the NCLEX examination (National Council Licensure Examination- Registered Nurses) on February 23, 2023 and am now seeking employment related to my field. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing last year, I have worked in hospitals for almost 2 years and as a Pre-certification Nurse for 3 years.
In summary, my experience working in the hospital setting and in customer service broadened my horizons in dealing with customers from all walks of life and touching patients' lives. Hence, I will have the chance to reach out to more people in the near future and learn more about them.
