- Developed and managed simultaneous project management plans that included RFP, logistics, budget, risk management, change management to exploit impacts to cost, schedule, quality and engineering analysis, logistics, contract management.
- Long-established at developing, implementing and or adapting PMP via change management.
- Exceptional initiative in embracing challenges and providing strategic business initiatives.
- Adept with assessing and coordinating change management within a safe work culture.
- Skilled at managing clients and subcontractors’ expectations, monitoring progress and RFP contract.
- Advanced Microsoft suite skill set.
