I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 7 years, in both Finland and the UK in a variety of situations. Consequently, I have acquired a wide array of competencies, including excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and I am certain that I may bring value to your company.
Some of my main job responsibilities were (not limited to):
-Identifying customers needs and respond proactively to all their concerns and complaints.
-Managing online, walk-in and phone reservations.
-Managing the efficient running of hotel/restaurant services within the guidelines and to the highest standards.
-Complying with all health and safety regulations.
-Training, supervising and evaluating the staff performances.
-Estimate consumption, forecast requirement and maintain inventory.
-Maintaining records of stock repairs, managing restaurant supplies and minimizing wastage.
-Implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.
-Performing other duties as required by the management
I have completed my Masters degree in Health Science from the UK.
