I have 4 years of customer service experience from working at restaurants such as Brewsters, Dennys and Cora, in addition to experience working as a supervisor at a neighbourhood gym and event venue.

Working exclusively in the customer service industry has taught me how to be warm, welcoming and engaging with guests. I know how to address questions and concerns politely and informatively. As a person, I am outgoing and always have a positive outlook. I enjoy interacting with guests and hopefully having the pleasure of making their day better.

From my experience working in fast paced environments, I am able to work very well under pressure. I have quick thinking and unique problem solving abilities. I am able to identify where problems may arise and fix them before they happen. I have clear communication skills, and am very skilled at multitasking.

I enjoy mastering new skills, which motivate me to learn very quickly. This also gives me drive and determination to always work diligently and efficiently. I enjoy the satisfaction of doing a task to the best of my ability.
