• Plant Operation, Plant Optimization, Schedule Production Planning, Plant Maintenance Coordination
• Manpower optimize for proper utilization
• Supervision of workforce , necessary training , periodical performance evaluation
• Report Daily Production & track KPT’s of plant performance
