Procurement Manager January 2011 - September2022
· Responsible for designing and implementing strategies and works closely with project managers to ensure that materials and services are purchased at the lowest total cost from domestic and international sources to meet project requirements.
· Identifies sourcing risks and ensure mitigating strategies with timely and effective issue resolution.
· Targets key suppliers/subcontractors/vendors and evaluate performance.
· Develops relationships and long-term partnerships with suppliers and vendors.

· Assists the NOC team in managing the daily workflow for all efforts involved in deploying and sustaining technology within our client’s data centers and facility.
· Ability to interface with customer and partner-provider NOC management and technical personnel to quickly resolve network issues and restore service.

· Managing and Troubleshooting IP/MPLS Backbone Network of MPLS Switches routers.
· Preparing Configuration plan activity for IP/MPLS backbone network including customer router.
· Preparing and maintaining database to record all changes occurs in the IP/MPLS backbone network.
· Coordinating and troubleshooting with transmission team, the issues regarding Media\Transmission. Observing and troubleshooting the issues like packet drops, congestion, overload, traffic dip, and latency.

· Configure, verify, and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and inter-switch communications.

· Creating incident tickets based on Network alerts and timely updating of restoration activities.
· Providing back-end support to customer complaints to the last mile. Providing technical Level 1-2 support troubleshooting.
