I am a natural health facilitator, formerly a second language (french) educator of 20 years, eager to work with others to improve and optimize their health and lifestyle. Helping others to take control of their health and well-being through the union of body, mind and soul is my main priority and passion. I am also willing to offer tutoring in the following subject areas for all grade levels: french; language arts; music, etc. As well, I offer services in both official languages.
I have been an educator for over 20 years, specializing in health & physical education and french as a second language. I am also a certified Natural Hygienist and Natural Health Facilitator who helps others acquire optimal health and wellness through the acquisition of science-based health and nutrition information and guidance.
I have recently completed an Honours Associate Degree in Natural Hygiene and Life Sciences; I hold a B.A. in French and English, a B.Ed., and an OCT designation (Ontario College of Teachers). I am currently under contract with and have been employed by the Near North District Board of Education since 2003 and established a natural healthcare and counselling business (Better Health Solutions) in November, 2022.
