Tara Boucher

My entire career path has always had me working in roles where I facilitate relationships in some form. I am a natural networker and thrive in environments where I can use my speaking and engagement skills to work with others. I am a natural leader and build rapport quickly. I am self motivated and organized with an uncanny ability to solve problems, even when they are complex. I am an excellent moderator as well as I have run my own Facebook Group for the past two years which is discussion focused. For the first year, I ran online group video calls where people could come to connect and discuss various topics. I facilitated these conversations and was thrilled to see people build real life friendships and some even began romantic relationships.

I am diligent in whatever I do and am extremely loyal. I would love to hear about what opportunities you have to offer.

I have worked as a Human Services capacity for my 25+ years in the work force. I have always moved up quickly in any organization I've become a part of. I currently work as a manager and lead a team of social workers to support Foster Parents. I believe in personal growth and take a strength based approach to the way I lead. I love to see others thrive and believe I am demonstrating my best work when this is apparent. I am also skilled with building positive work place culture. I believe is collaboration and can de-escalate even the most intense situations. I'm skilled at mediating conflict and others often call upon me to help in these situations.

I have a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Human Services, which is a diverse four year degree which helps people to skill build and enhance their knowledge so they can be great leaders.
