My current role as a Care Team Coordinator at VHA Home Healthcare has allow me to improved my cluent services and office administrative skills. Critical thinking and able to react and make desicion as per client require is a day-to-day task that must be perform. Investigating billing rejections, scheduling conflicts and approving days off or vacation for Field Staffs are responsibilities that must be actioned in my role.

I am actively improving myself by attending web seminars in subjects such as; Healthcare through Digital Health Canada. Also, Im taking advantage of the free courses from LinkedIn for IT and Business related courses.
