I have driven the healthcare, Education, and Hospitality sectors as a Training and Learning Specialist and HR Generalist, for the past 4+ years.
Launched & Scaled 200+ pieces of training across different areas Conceived tools like Cornerstone, Workday, Various Psychometrics and Gamification tools. Shaped technically at the University of Delhi and managerially at Adler University, Vancouver. I am from India, Extracurricular thirsts are Music and Travel.
I write content for learning. I also help in Administrating Learning Management Systems(LMS) for deploying training in organizations. Designing and supplying a variety of training styles. I create Learning and Development Strategies for your employees and the organization.
I also help in creating a perfect and safe employee engagement platform and Surveys. Basically, I can drive Organizational Development and Learning at your workplace.
