I currently work as a Senior Business Analyst at Citibank. I was a lead BA on mainframe and enterprise platform upgrade, migration, vendor management, and new interface development projects here, and I worked on a variety of small, medium, and large projects.

I have worked on a number of enhancements/change requests and reporting projects in addition to these significant ones. To be more precise about my responsibilities as a BA, I was involved in all aspects of the BA life cycle, starting with determining the project's scope and conducting stakeholder analysis. Interviewing, brainstorming (thought mapping and star technique), JAD sessions, setting up recurring meetings, sending out survey-based questionnaires, and other procedures are used to gather needs.

Projects completed in an iterative, agile, and waterfall environment. In the banking, insurance, and telecommunications industries, I worked on a number of application development and data warehousing projects. During this phase, I prepared various documents using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Word, Rational Requisition Pro, and Microsoft Visio such as:

• Meeting agenda, Minutes of meeting
• Daily and weekly status reports
• BRD (Business Requirement Document), HLRD (High Level Requirements Specifications), SRS (System Requirement Specifications)
• Business cases, use cases, UML diagrams etc. Analyzing the requirements and preparing documents such as Gap analysis documents, Feasibility analysis documents

Communication of requirements via JAD sessions, walkthrough sessions, and emails. Assisting the project manager with project coordination to ensure a seamless project execution. Apart from being a BA, I was always active in all parts of the test life cycle throughout my career.

I've done a lot of SIT (both manual and automated) and developed documents like TLA (Test Level Assessment), TC (Test Case Creation, Test Data Entry, and Test Case Execution), Test Results document, Defect Log, Test Strategy/Test Plan, and Test Final Report. For this I have used tools like, Rational Clear Quest, HPQC, MS Office Suite Further to this, I have given UAT and postproduction support by giving walk through sessions and supporting the business teams with documentation and explanations. Aside from these, I am particularly strong in time management, flexibility, conflict resolution, problem solving, analytical talents, and communication skills.

I am confident in the productive skills I demonstrated throughout previous positions with Citibank, Bell, Canadian Western Bank, and Munich Re, as well as the expertise I obtained.
