Strong support professional with a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cape Breton University, and a non-credit online diploma in Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute.

By being a Cross-Training Café Assistant at Bean Barn Café and Bakery (Cashier, Barista, and Line Cook), an Event Assistant, an Online Facilitator at college, and a volunteer staff at some other organizations, events, and festivals, I gained some experience and skills in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Cross-functional Coordination, Executive Administration Skills (Computer/Office Skills). I was also experienced in coordinating and promoting events with specific skills like Organizational Skills, Project Management, Communication, Teamwork, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Design by being an Ovation Showcase Production Manager for a talent show at CBU Boardmore Theatre and a Communications Officer at CBU Art Gallery in the past.

Moreover, I produced, wrote, and directed two play projects at CBU Boardmore Theatre for 2 seasonal play festivals. I was in charge of reaching out to people to recruit actors for my own plays through in-person and virtual casting calls, then directing them on how to act with stage directions and blocking cues, organizing schedules, preparing props and pieces of equipment, and managing communications among cast members. By always participating in activities and projects at college, I have gained some other invaluable skills, such as Decision-Making, Problem-Solving, Entrepreneurship, Directing, and Creative Writing.
