I bring a variety of experience in a restaurant/ bar setting from serving, to cooking, to security. I currently work fulltime and it is in the public setting aswell.
Inside Sales - City Electric Supply - Brockville, Ontario

I work with both the electric contractors and members of the public to make sure they get the required equipment for the job needed. Responsible for receiving product in the morning as well as shipping product out in the afternoon. Also each morning I'm responsible for doing stock take which is a way to check inventory.
Cook/ Server - Arbru Brewery - Mallorytown, ON

While at Arbru I was responsible for both open and closing duties in the kitchen. From prepping for the day before shift or prepping the next day at end of the shift. While there was also responsible for inventory for anything food related and make sure the management get things ordered for that week's sysco shipment. There was also times in which I would be a runner dropping off food while the main servers were busy with customers.
Server/Bartender/Cook - Arbru on The River - Prescott, ON

This was a pop up location for Arbru at the Prescott Pop ups. While here I was responsible for inventory both food as well as beverages to make sure it had stock for the next weekend. While here was responsible for cash banking both before and after shift to make sure float was correct. While here I would be responsible for serving both the food as well as the beverages. Typically it was a single person there so would be required to serve aswell as cook as it was a limited menu.
Bouncer/ bar back - The Townehouse Tavern - Sudbury, Ontario

While here I would be responsible for checking patrons Identification as well as make sure staff and patrons were safe both for themselves and others. I would also be bar back so restock the fridges the bar rail and change kegs.
