By browsing my profile you will find a versatility in several positions in a hotel or restaurant, this is a personal choice because I have the ambition one day to set up my own private cottage.
Being on a return to Europe during the month of September, I am now starting to look for a position where I can find a kind of new family and find a place for myself in the long term.
I have always wanted to explore and work in several sectors of the restoration and not confine myself to a single experience. Perhaps this will harm me, but I think that having several different experiences makes it possible to adapt to a clientele that changes from day to day and especially the establishments and their standard which must also adapt according once again to a younger or more fashionable clientele.
My experiences abroad allowed me to see how we work outside France by other means and to have points of comparison and to bring our ideas to the field.
I love my job and it's the only one I know since I left the army, I didn't go very far in my studies but I learned the job by working with a lot of people from several different departments or I had the chance to be part of it as a collaborator.
Today my motivation is always the same, to be at the service of the customer and to satisfy him.
