At least five years of industry-related, customer service, and upper management experience
•Accountable for 4 gas station sites, with a portfolio size of $97 million in revenue
•Strategic partnership resulting in a 20% increase in sales annually
•Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and meet company goals while supplying expert guidance on operations projects and systems
•Maintain statistical and financials such as budget analysis and financial objectives for all locations
•Establishes, communicates, and implements provincial and national operations-related policies, practices, and standards measure to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
•Presents periodic performance reports and metrics for each location to the Retailer
•Customer analysis by identifying customers and their needs, ensuring product and service meets those needs
•Responsible for the induction and development of the team by providing training and assessing progress through written reviews and probation
•Provide coaching to employees towards sales and profitability, operational excellence, guest experience, merchandising, order optimizing and sales/marketing
