Zarif Enam

This is Zarif, a young professional with 5+ years of experience in product management, financial inclusion, and social innovation. I've worked on numerous projects in the financial sector, as well as with startups and social enterprises at the intersection of technology and social good.

I joined BRAC in 2017; via my duties at BRAC, more than 1 million lives were impacted, and 5 social enterprises were established. From October 2020 to November 2021, I worked with Field Information Solutions GmbH and BRAC IT to lead SaaS-based automation projects for over 30,000 beneficiaries in five countries: Liberia, Rwanda, Papua New Guinea, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. Following a brief experience as a Management Consultant in the financial inclusion area at MicroSave Consulting (MSC), I joined Swisscontact Bangladesh to develop and direct interventions to improve the financial health of 200,000+ underprivileged individuals in four locations throughout Bangladesh.

I received my bachelor's degree in business administration in 2015 and my master's degree in business administration in 2017, both from the University of Dhaka, with an emphasis on management and human resource management.
