I emphasize the philosophy in my role as an Education Assistant, which is Inclusive, Positive and Possibility in each student and each classroom. All students are individuals, and everyone learns in their own unique way, but everyone needs the same Respected, Confident and Encouraged atmosphere in learning environment. My desire to educate myself as an Education Assistant and work with all individuals with my patience, dedication, and determination. I believe I would never stop learning, and I want my students to know we all learn from each other.

• Special Education Assistant:

• Performance work experience for its students’ best interest and safe working environment to help most students’ improvement. 
• Performance work relationship to follow the guideline between school, teacher and students.
• Performance Education Assistant duties with privy to sensitive and/or confidential information. 
• Helping with students with special needs with one-to-one support with any school tasks during any school activities, or after school extended support. 
• Helping classroom teacher and resource teachers to adjust needs from students with special needs with mental support and on-going guidance.

• Coordinate staffs, host family and international students to create fun and memorable experience while they visit our parish, culture, and sea sighing. (Welcome party, Farewell party, graduation party, etc.)

• Teach children with special need skills in a one-to-one setting and focus on goals important to the child’s family. Variety of skills including: how to communicate, play with toys and with others, colouring, cutting, drawing or painting, using the toilet, get dressed and eat with utensils, or tolerate haircuts, nail trims and teeth brushing.
