I am a dedicated and versatile professional with a diverse background in sales, education, and customer service. My career journey has equipped me with a unique set of skills that I bring to every role I undertake.
Currently, I am working as a TC Manager and Sales Representative at Kodland, where I have successfully expanded our customer base through strategic cold calling, networking, and relationship building. I pride myself on enhancing client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and providing exceptional service. Additionally, I have developed and implemented sales strategies that have significantly increased profits and mentored new sales representatives, helping them to excel in their roles.
In parallel, I have been self-employed as a Special Education Teacher with Owl Academic Services since July 2020. In this role, I develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring their academic success and personal growth. My focus on evaluating student progress and modifying general education curricula has helped numerous students improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals.
Previously, I served as a Sales Administrator at Drogueria Exito Manizales for three years. There, I provided exceptional administrative support to high-performing sales teams, enabling them to focus on selling and meeting revenue goals. My ability to analyze sales data and identify trends contributed to strategic planning and improved sales performance.
I also gained valuable experience as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, where I maintained high levels of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic listening, timely problem resolution, and personalized attention. My proficiency in handling high-volume inbound calls and managing customer inquiries has honed my communication and problem-solving skills.
My educational background includes a high school degree with a focus on web page design, programming fundamentals, and database analysis. Additionally, I have achieved an English language certification at the B2+ level, enhancing my ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
In the next five years, my most ambitious goal is to pay off my apartment while still young and achieve a stable professional career that grants me financial freedom.
