I have experience working as a Customer Service Rep, where I learnt soft skills and learnt how to be efficient and how to give quick solutions to complex problems. I have experience as a Team Leader, where I learnt Leadership and how to handle a group of people and helped them to be better. I have experience as a Sales Rep, and it helped me to build rapport and be persuasive.
