Mandate to professionalize and transform a group of 3 companies (automotive, fulfillment, security services) serving B2B clients in the Czech Republic and DACH.

• Introduced Kaizen, TPM, and SMED from scratch – 15% productivity increase, 25% reduction in changeover times.

Founded, built, and ran a group of 4 companies for six years, delivering automation systems, proprietary hardware, and IT solutions for energy, industry, and smart cities. Full ownership of strategy, sales, finance, development, manufacturing, HR, legal, and certifications.

• In-house hardware development and manufacturing – communication devices, antennas, cooling systems for medical drug cabinets – combining own production with managed outsourcing, from design to delivery.
