Managed the central project management tool for a carve-out project involving a target with nine-figure revenue and 2,500 employees across nine countries.
• IT Due Diligence for Private Equity Firms: Conducted over ten IT due diligence assessments, identifying CapEx and OpEx, and advising on IT-related business risks and mitigation strategies.
• Financial Due Diligence for Corporate Acquisitions: Performed valuation and business case modeling, and created indicative offers using EBITDA & multiple-based methods.
• Project Lead for IT Carve-out: Led the carve-out of a manufacturing site from a global organization with €34 billion in revenue and 72,000 employees. Negotiated TSA services and managed a diverse project team from six countries.
