I am currently studying Global MBA - HR at the Berlin School of Business and Innovations. During these studies, students are readied to become Human Resources. The emphasis lies on Cross culture management and other factors of Human resources capital as during the educational process the topics of project management, conflict management, and human resources management capital are discussed.
