Monica Steffi Matchado

As a PhD in microbial informatics, my research focus has centred on addressing the computational challenges associated with microbial data analysis. Specifically, I have conducted extensive work in 16S-rRNA gene analysis, metagenomics, transcriptomics data analyses, and visualizations. I was also privileged to be part of the development team for Namco a user-friendly web-based interface designed to facilitate end-to-end microbial data analysis.

I have a strong passion for data analysis and an interest in pursuing a career as a data analyst or data scientist. My expertise in bioinformatics, analytical skills and experience working with diverse datasets, make me well-suited for roles in a wide range of fields.

I'm excited about the prospect of using my skills to help organizations derive insights and make data-driven decisions that have a real-world impact.
