In my previous customer service roles, I have always gone above and beyond for customers. I started working as a Technical Service Associate (Voice) and worked my way towards Program Specialist where we handled Digital and Devices Command Center.
During my role as an associate, I handled Tier 1 & Tier 2 complex and undocumented contacts and supported Tier 1 associates with Concession Exceptions and Escalations (Peer-to-Peer functions) along with identifying contact drivers and potential recurring issues, and created the link between Operations, Escalation and Ticketing teams.
