We help webshops succeed abroad
We help businesses with the initial strategic decisions and localisation of their online shops, to make sure they meet expectations in the new country.Once the online shop is launched, our local teams are an important part of the daily operations for our customers. We can take care of customer service and shop maintenance in local languages as well as business development, marketing planning, and execution.
MakesYouLocal was established in 2010. The idea came from more than 10 years of work in leading Danish online shops, selling in several countries.

We focus on the 3 business areas described below and help businesses with everything requiring native language skills and cultural understanding, from initial market research to daily shop management and customer service. This is a full-time position and you will be working from our office in Amager, Copenhagen. Here you will find +80 colleagues from 8 different countries all doing a great job helping our customers to succeed abroad.

Requirements
- to be able to speak and write fluently in English, understanding Danish is also an advantage - but not a requirement!
- to be comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new stuff
- to love to give great service to customers by e-mail, phone, and chat
