Good morning , my name in Marta Piras I am 32 years old .I am really passionate in pastry .

I am quite , and precise .

I love cats , and i do knitting .

Recently I worked in a bakery where we did sourdough pastries , biscuits and cakes .

Then I worked in Pastry shop where I did petit four , macaron , birthday and modern cake and pastries .

I worked in a bakery in London and previously in a pastries French laboratory in London.

I did recently a pastry course of 3 month with different pastry chef .

At the course we did petit four sweet and savory, cakes modern and classic , and pastries.

In this last years I did many different courses about pastries.
