Hello my name is Michael and i’m a chef specialized in á la carte/fine dining gastronomics. I have in total 6 years of experience in professionals kitchen. I have previously worked in Restaurant Donda, Restaurant Pluto (Michelin bib gourmand), and have experience with leadership as I was the souschef in Restaurant Donda. I also have been taught and learnt by chefs from Noma, Alchemist, Geranium, Pluto. I personally have a passion for cooking as it gives me satisfaction and a pleasing feeling for a good product. As a person I am very organized who likes to work in clean environments. I am a very appreciative person who likes to work with all kinds of people, and will always be there to assist.
