Manage the daily operations of the Front Office/Guest Service, GR, Housekeeping, and Recreation.
Ensuring quality standards, assigning tasks, setting schedules, authorizing leaves, allocating resources, greeting VIP guests, hiring and training, reporting to general managers; handling escalated issues, and delegating work among employees based on their skill level.
Managing, and coordinating the daily maintenance of Guest rooms/areas throughout PRP plan, as well attending renovation plans meetings. Oversee soft furnishing,
Inspecting Guest Rooms, and coordinating with Quality team to assure rooms’ cleaning and set-up are up to standard.
Assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, property appearance and profit/financial control as well the day-to-day FO upselling.
